Problem - I have been on the site successfully, but when I go back to another instrument or back to the site from another website, I see old information, or the pages appear to not be updating……..

Solution - Browsers often store pages you have looked at before in a cache, and then take you back there to what is now an out of date display - hold the Ctrl key and click on F5 and the page will rebuild with current information.

You may also find emptying the cache that has built up solves this problem, and helps the speed of your browser - click on the Start button on your PC screen, go to Settings, then Control Panel - double click on Internet Options and the General Tab - in the section Temporary Internet Files click on the Delete Files section - it can take some seconds for this to be completed if a large cache has built up.
