Private Investor pricing

For private investors our price is GBP 100 for all currency pairings per month, with discounts of 5% for a three month subscription, 10% for a six month subcription, and 15% for a twelve month subscription

The Minimum subscription is one month, and VAT is payable where applicable. Private investors are given password access upon receipt of payment in advance of the subscription period.

Nostradamus Systems Ltd. Terms and Conditions for the Internet Service 1. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will maintain an Internet site displaying predicted trading ranges, historical accuracy statistics and a proprietary COMPASS indicator for Foreign Exchange Currency Pairs ("the service") on a continuing basis for the period of this Subscription. 2. The Subscriber hereby warrants that he/she is a private investor using the service for his/her own private trading of his/her own funds, and that he/she is not managing and/or trading funds for any other party. Based on this, Nostradamus Systems Ltd will supply The Subscriber with a password to access the Internet site, allowing The Subscriber to view the service using one Browser on a single PC. Upon discovery of a contravention of these Terms, Nostradamus reserves the right to cancel the subscription without a refund in respect of any unused subscription period. 3. The Subscriber hereby confirms that this password will not be divulged to any other party. Nostradamus Systems Ltd reserves the right to exclude any Subscriber who divulges this password from the Internet site, without a refund in respect of any unused subscription outstanding. 4. Theinformation and data contained within the service is the property of Nostradamus Systems Ltd. The Subscriber hereby warrants that no information or data contained within the service will be re-distributed or divulged by the Subscriber to any other party in any form. Nostradamus will exclude any Subscriber who redistributes any part of the service, without a refund in respect of any unused subscription outstanding. Nostradamus may seek damages and compensation for loss of income in such cases. 5. Nostradamus Systems Ltd may at its sole discretion change the method of password control. 6. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay, inaccuracy, interruption or failure in the content of the service. 7. By entering into this Subscription agreement, The Subscriber acknowledges that all risk positions taken by The Subscriber based on the service are at the sole discretion and responsibility of The Subscriber, and that under no circumstances will Nostradamus be held responsible or liable for any losses incurred in any way by The Subscriber. 9. The Subscriber acknowledges that the subscription fee is payable in full by The Subscriber to Nostradamus prior to the supply of the service, and that Nostradamus will make no refund to The Subscriberin respect of any unwanted or unused subscription fees paid. 10. The laws of England shall govern any dispute arising from this agreement.
