VTH is available by advanced subscription of a minimum one month duration, based on a subscription fee of GBP 150 per currency pair per month, with discounts of 5% for a three month subscription, 10% for six months, and 15% for 1 year. Currency Network is available as an additional service, charged at their regular pricing, currently £35 (US$50) per month.

We accept payment direct to our GBP account in the UK, or you may use our secure server at Secure Trading to pay using your credit card.

Nostradamus Systems Ltd. Terms and Conditions for the Internet Service

 

1. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will maintain an Internet site displaying a proprietary COMPASS indicator and a chart of that indicator for various currency pairs on a continuing basis for the period of this Subscription.

 

2. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will validate and authorise a password given by Trader House Network UK Ltd to allow The Subscriber to access the Internet site, allowing The Subscriber to view those instruments for which he/she has a valid and paid subscription on a single PC.

 

3. The Subscriber hereby confirms that this password will not be divulged to any other party. Nostradamus Systems Ltd reserves the right to exclude

any Subscriber who divulges this password from the internet site, without a refund in respect of any unused subscription outstanding.

 

4. Nostradamus Systems Ltd may at its sole discretion change the password control and will give The Subscriber 24 hours notice prior to any such change.

 

5. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay, inaccuracy or failure in the provision or display of data, nor any interruption in the updating of such data or displays.

 

6. Nostradamus Systems Ltd will not be responsible or liable for any exchange or data fees or charges for the supply of information on any data to The Subscriber.

 

7. By entering into this Subscription agreement, The Subscriber acknowledges that all risk positions taken by The Subscriber based on any data provided by Nostradamus Systems Ltd are at the sole discretion and complete responsibility of The Subscriber, and that under no circumstances will Nostradamus Systems Ltd be held responsible or liable for any losses incurred in any way by The Subscriber.

 

8. The Subscriber acknowledges that the subscription fee will be payable in full by The Subscriber to Trader House Network UK Ltd prior to the supply of the service, and that neither Trader House Network UK Ltd or Nostradamus Systems Ltd will make any refund to The Subscriber in respect of any unwanted or unused subscription fees paid.

 

9. The laws of England shall govern any dispute arising from this Subscription agreement.
